Homemade Xlear
1 C Distilled/Purified H2O
1/2 t Kosher salt
1/2 t Baking soda
1/2 t Xylitol crystals
4 drops grapefruit seed extract
Alternate: add 1 t colloidal silver.
Dissolve cold (do not add heat) and use brown coffee filter to filter into nasal spray bottles.
Pro Tip:
When using the horse paste, make sure to squirt it downward onto a small dish.
I hope it doesn’t stain fabric and that I didn’t make it worse in the clean up attempt.
I thought it was going to be thick, like school paste.
It isn’t even as thick as Ben Gay, the taste of which it resembles, which I only know because I once mistook the Ben Gay tube for the toothpaste tube.
