Peter Lucido is now the Macomb County Prosecutor. He won handily last November.
I just saw him at his birthday fundraiser last Thursday. He and I have been friends for the past several years but not directly related. We have a common grandparent back in the old country.
The fundraiser was attended by the former Detroit Police Chief, James Craig, who is a likely contender to be the next Republican governor of Michigan.
