The 80% vaccinated represent 90% of cases? That means that the 20% unvaccinated represent 10% of cases. Say the infection rate is x. Then the infection rate among the vaccinated is 90/80 x, or 1.125 x, and the infection rate among the unvaccinated is 10/20 x, or 0.5 x. That means that a vaccinated person is 1.125/0.5 = 2.25 times as likely to get COVID as an unvaccinated person.
A vaxxed person in Israel is more than twice as likely to get COVID as a non-vaxxed person.
