Are you changing your position that asymptomatics were never a danger, were not sick and were not contageous and didn’t need masks?
The asymptomatics used to fuel the pandemic were not sick and were not a risk. There are now instances of sick vaccinated who don't realize they are sick - recently a story about how one 'fully vaccinated' man made the social rounds and is accused of infecting 60 other people. This property is specific to the vaccinated (it's a feature, not a bug) and puts them at risk of starting treatment later than needed.
The vaccinated essentially have a longer silent onset. The unvaccinated who end up becoming ill typically become symptomatic in time to limit spread and obtain medications. The vaccinated do not- many at least have this delayed visibility, which is an excellent property for a biowarfare agent.
As to ‘more medications’. India has reported that Delta is requiring higher dosing of ‘medications’ and they aren’t working as well as they did against the original wuhan version. That is a big problem, Houston. Especially for those who expect hospitals to replace vaccinations. Otoh, the vaccines designed for Wuhan Original Recipe seem to be holding their own with Delta, at least in adverting severe disease and death, try as it might to escape antibody and vaccine neutralization.
False. The reason medications appear to work less with the imaginary 'delta variant' is due to the impact of the vaccine delaying visible signs which trigger treatment. Covid responds much better to any intervention if caught early. The vaccinated don't have the same warning to start getting treatment - they are starting it later and responding poorly to treatment as a result.

please explain why an asymptomatic who doesn’t believe he’s sick, should be treated differently from a vaccinated who doesn’t believe he’s sick.
An asymptomatic may actually be pre-symptomatic and contageous for several days. The same thing you’re accusing vaccinated of. An asymptomatic challenged with a stronger virus or viral load may become symptomatic. Your argument isn’t valid.
Additionally another claim of asymptomatics was they had no duty to provide protection to an unvaccinated person. It was the personal responsibility of the unvaccinated person. (the old, assys telling old folks to stay home argument). Are you now saying the vaccinated old folks have a duty to provide protection for asymptomatics and the unvaccinated? Do you see the double standard yet?
For the record, I dont’ believe either are capable of spreading disease unless a someone licks an asymptomatic’s nose or the asymptomatic turns out to be a pre-symptomatic. Symptoms aren’t the only indicator of peak viral load but it’s a pretty good one. Vaccinated, for the most part, don’t let the virus get to peak viral load.
