I wish people would do this. I mean, OK if it’s Detroit or wherever, you know where that is. But if it’s a smaller place one has no idea of where something happened.
There was a story today about something that happened in Paris. But it was all English names. Well, pretty sure it happened in the US but isn’t there more than one Paris in the US?
There used to be a dateline that told you where things were being reported.

Parentheses (or better yet, brackets "[]") do not violate copyright or mess up searches. That's why we have barf alerts. Earlier today I saw an article about a story that took place in "Monroe". The one I knew of is in CT, but this one was in NC.
