I've read in Australia a very low number of citizens are fully vaccinated is like 1 in 10. Yet all but 1 Covid patients are vaccinated.
By the way, biggest populations in the world China and India are less than 10% vaccinated. Japan is very low too.
Australians also employed the AstraZeneca vaccine alongside Pfizer. The question how effective are the ones widely used here.

Do people not realize how vaccines work? If you get the flu shot you can still get the flu. It’s a lower probability but it’s still possible.

The first Israelis vaccinated had a high percentage with weak immune systems.
The Covid vaccines used in the US I believe have a 90% to 95% effectiveness rate. There will be lots of breakthrough cases.
