Day 500 of “15 Days to ‘Flatten the Curve’” – Year 2, Week 18: “Dust Off Those Masks” Edition
Vanity | July 25, 2021 | Me

Posted on 07/25/2021 7:56:29 AM PDT by CheshireTheCat

Today marks 16.5 months since the institution of the infamous “Flatten the Curve,” AKA The Deep State’s Plot to Drive Us Crazy, Make Us Stupid, and Take Over the World (in order to make the world safe for China and/or the Deep State and/or New World Order cabal to take it over).

Since my last post in this series, 15 days ago, Los Angeles and St. Louis have reinstated mask mandates. The Alabama governor is sounding especially weird and frightening, even by the standards of Alabama governors, on the subject of the big bad ‘rona. So, Alabamans, you know what is coming.

Australia has become bona fide penal colony again, all because of a handful of ‘rona deaths. In the meantime, I wonder how many people there have died from sharks, crocodiles, a large variety of venomous snakes and spiders, and box jellyfish.

I am sure Mike DeWine is hard at work this weekend outlining what slides he wants to see in an emergency press conference this week. If he had to wait until Labor Day for this, I am sure the long withdrawal from looking down his nose and shaking his finger at the bad unvaxxed people of Ohio would have killed him. Too bad.

I do so hope you have not started to make a quilt out of your masks. I tried to warn you a couple of months ago that this would happen. I had so hoped we would have at least made it to Labor Day before we would see mask mandates and lockdowns return.

The only good thing about the return of mask mandates is that all the kids who are soon to return back to school won't feel like such outcasts from society.

I really hope that this time around people are at least p’oed enough to forgo the cutesy masks and protest via masks. I am not just saying this because I have a lot of masks I have made that I can sell. You can make them just as easily as I can and give some business to Hobby Lobby.

Anyone want to buy a “Plandemic,” “Covid 1984,” “Fire Fauci,” “Training Burqua,” or “Made in China” mask?

Here’s a suggestion for you or anyone bothered by the mask insanity: why don’t you just laugh at the whole mask thing, then decide to disregard it and move on with your life?

It probably won’t be that easy for people whose workplaces mandate that they wear masks or other people, such as people who have to visit a government building.

If everyone does it they can’t control us.

All it takes is for some of us to have some balls.

Wow, hard to believe it's now been so long since "15 days to stop the spread."

I haven't been sick but have been out and about the whole time. I've saved a ton of money on account of everything being pretty much closed. Now I can retire a bit earlier than planned. Thanks corona-virus!

Taking off the mask and throwing it in the garbage.

The only good thing that's happened because of the Wuhan Flu has been work from home.

That has saved me a lot of money in gas and a lot of time.

But even that comes to a net loss.

Think of the opportunities the plannedemic has ruined. That translates into massive loss for you and everyone else in years to come.

And the time spent at home is mostly causing despair and depression.

I get what the two of you are saying, but I see a few problems:

1) People can’t get be getting themselves thrown out of a grocery store for the F word on a mask when they have to buy baby formula for the kid.

2) Curse words may alienate people who could be persuaded by other messages on a mask or are thinking the way you are. I’ve considered “F*ck Fauci” (with the actual u) versus “Fire Fauci” to send a stronger message, but I think people will focus too much on the bad word versus the fact that at a minimum Fauci should be fired.

3) Too many people are afraid to be that rare person forgoing the masks or to risk getting the poor young clerk or elderly man guarding the door in trouble or giving them a hard time.

4) If people wear what they think (Fauci and or China is responsible) on their face, it might get people who don’t think this to consider if they should think this because they see so many do think this. The person behind you in line might ask you a genuine question and learning something from your answer.

5) If a store or government tries to deny you entry because you are proclaiming this whole thing to be a Plandemic, then we can start calling them on the fascism that is really going on and how their attempt at restricting free expression is part of it.

They can still get some benefit from the crisis. The public isn’t 100% compliant and submissive. There’s those pesky critters who resist the vax and the face bikini, and don’t believe their government knows what the bleep it’s doing. They will be taken care of this fall, as the fascists swing into Covid Crisis Part Deux.

“Too many people are afraid to be that rare person forgoing the masks”

But then, on second thought:

THOSE SAME PEOPLE ARE ABOUT TO TAKE OFF THE MASKS FOREVER!!!

No.

Because we don’t care about masks any more!

I don’t wear a mask, but it isn’t mandated for me to either.
If one works in a medical facility or government building, one would be fired for non compliance.

The stupidest part of this nonsense that you’re somehow not understanding is the following:

Two major components in this are 1) fear and 2) profit.

The fear is manifested in people agreeing to wear masks.

The profit is manifested in money going to the leftists as a result of our fear.
