An exotic Mexican inspired iced coffee. Nice change of pace.

Coffee Cooler

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Southern Comfort 80
.5 oz New Orleans Coffee Liqueur
.25 oz Demerara Syrup
20 drops Orange Cream Citrate
20 drops Xocolatl Mole Bitters
.5 oz heavy or light Cream.

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake ingredients with ice. Pour into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Coffee or chocolate powder garnish.

I've got Good News and Bad News. Good News? I dug some of my taters and they are fabulous! German Butterball and Red Norland:

Bad News? I picked cherry tomatoes today and my 'Sungold' tomato plant has evidence of Tomato Horn Worm chewing - but I could NOT find the worm! Grrrrr! Now I'm totally grossed out. :( I looked at ALL the other tomato plants (34 of them!) and no others have been hit as of today.

Re: Coffee. I made my first batch of cold brew last week. Loved it. I can see why my sister raves about it. Very smooth and delicious. Nice for drinking cold on these awful hot & humid summer days. :)
