Given the daily firehose of information that contradicts itself and changes daily, no one knows enough to be led much of anywhere. Biden’s blather is irrelevant.
There’s a tendency in dementia called “Circling Back” (no, really). If a person in dementia is given information, and then later that information is changed, the sufferer will “circle back” to the original information, forgetting the new.
Biden was giving last month’s answers because those are the ones he remembers.
