Didn’t look bogus and more importantly it didn’t sound bogus.
A good starting point is that every video on the internet is staged or otherwise faked. I’m not saying that all are, but I assume deception without reliable information to the contrary.

I don’t think it is real. It is a dramatization that dates back to at least April of 2020, before the vaccines were developed.
I based my opinion on what I saw in the video but FYI if for any reason, other than a psych hold, a patient doesn’t want a treatment, ask for an AMA (Against Medical Advice) form and sign it. The staff is then relieved of all legal responsibility for your health and you are not forced to participate.

It is just a very strange vid between him talking about reparations and the staff talking about how deadly COVID was, and it was deadly back in April 2020
