We the People create the government by means of our votes through the elections process. When both the elections process is corrupted, as well as the voting process, ONLY WE THE PEOPLE can correct that. There IS NO government entity that can do so
A state can replace its electors if it wants to, but that doesn’t mean that they can revote. Even if they could revote, that doesn’t mean that the U.S. Congress has to certify it.
What if the Rust Belt states that voted for Trump in 2016 decided in 2018 to replace their electors? Would you cry foul?

The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
Fraud or not, the election will not be reversed. There is simply no provision in the Constitution for removing a President, once his term begins, apart from impeachment or the 25th Amend. Everything else is pure fantasy.
Our time is better spent developing rock solid proof of fraud that is so strong that no person can in good faith discount, even dummies. And to make that happen, we need to see criminal prosecutions of the fraudsters.

Plenary powers. Look it up. It's extra-judicial, extra-executive, solely legislative between states' legislatures and Congress. We're well past 'certified'. We're into UNLAWFUL according to applicable state law. But there should be only removal, no replacement. The states that can't run lawful elections don't get represented in Congress until they can pass an audit after the next election (my suggested ruling of Congress).

Actually, Arizona Republican electors voted for Trump in the same day. Just to take care about this! So were Republican electors in Nevada, and many more states I cannot recall now.
Somebody can decide which ones count.

States do, and have at times, but there were elections more messed up than this, like the 1876 one, where it was ruled once the electors vote, it is done.

To me it doesn’t seem to be any more relevant then the previous one. This is about land fraud, not about elections. It’s quite a leap to go from land fraud to invalidating a presidential election. I can see it perhaps being used as part of an arguement to impeach Biden and convict him in the Senate. Even then it would be a weak argument you would have to use it as part of a case to prove Biden knowingly authorized the fraud. Good luck with that ! I don’t think Biden is capable of knowingly authorizing his evening meal !
The state legislature blew it. We have to live with that but make sure it doesn’t happen again. Replace all those all time servers particulalry the GOP seat warmers with people who actually care about the Constitution and the duties of a state legislature to that Constitution. Appeals to magical solutions because they make us feel better are a waste of time.
Wrong, as usual. Just look at the Congressional treatment of the Confederate states after the Civil War. They lost their representation for a period. Unlawful election as a state not within the Union.
In any event, figure out if you should be calling your US Senators and telling them to clean out their desks!
