Just did the opposite. I’m off all social media save for FR and that’s for the links to news articles. I just dumped the last of true Soc media site this weekend and I’m already noticeably more at ease and I realized just how much time I’ve been wasting.
My only concern is withdrawal symptoms but I’ve even using daily prayers asking for personal strength to face my daily and long term challenges and I’ve faith that it is working.
My bad advice is to dump social media, it only matters if we participate, it gains strength with our clicks and that “power” is used against the user.

Personally,I am ready to leave the internet,including my cell phone, behind..the same way I left cable TV behind 20 years ago.
