Here’s some deeper thinking. Why is the dose a “one size fits all”? An 120 lb woman receives the same dose as a 300 lb man?! No other drug is prescribed that way.
I guess you do not know much about vaccines. For example the pneumonia vaccine is the same shot for everyone.
That covid vaccine is so small anyways. Barely 1/2 cc of clear fluid. Pretty unnecessary to cut it down any more. In my own family all women and men have received the same dose of vaccine with zero problems for anyone.
I still remember when I received smallpox vaccine in school in India. It was EXACTLY SAME dose for all regardless of size. Some kids weighed 25 lbs, others 100 lbs. Yap, all received identical shots.
