Happy Sunday All...no thread next week...
I’m finding tonight’s lineup underwhelming...The Marriage may be good..not a fan of scifi or Red Skelton...ending strong with a Suspense...
How are you?

All is well here. Not much new to report. They keep saying it’s going to rain and it usually doesn’t.

Yeah, it’s rained here every day in July but two. Every time I go out to try to get a tiny bit of yard work done, the sky opens up. Off course, I wanted to go out today and pick up where I left off yesterday, but I tore another chest muscle slipping in a water puddle last week, so I’m laying low today. Don’t overdo it, she says. I overdid it. I just need to pony up some money to have a crew do this yard thee way it needs to be done properly. My to-do list is way too deep to try and concentrate on one thing at a time.

I walked out and there was another box of pool chemicals from Walmart on the porch. She said, 'One more try'. I told her, if that pool isn't gin clear by this weekend, I'm ordering a pool closing kit from Doheny's and that's that until next March, so schedule early. Hundreds of dollars of pool chemicals, constant filtering, a commercial grade pool skimmer, and it still looks like split pea with ham soup. At least the patio is looking spiffy, if it'll ever dry out enough to let us use it before it gets cold again. As soon as my chest heals (again), I'm walking away from all these half-done jobs and going fishing for the day. Oh, and she picked our first two 'maters while she was out there. A pepper looks ready, too, she said.
