A not-so-famous saying: "Lopsided men run circles around the hills of success!"

Wanted: whistleblowers. “It feels very much like, ‘Finally!’ ” Mr. Vish said of his new work. Where did "Wanted: whistleblowers" come from? I tried copying and pasting the beginning of the article and didn't get that.

Probably because you neglected to simultaneously copy the adjacent photo caption?
There appears to be a difference between the formatting of the original at the WSJ and the archive version.

So wait, is this really about Royal Saint George's?
Mister Rubin is just a sneaky reference to Sandwich England?

And WSJ creates an article on him. Clown world.

It took her that long to figure out he wasn’t going to marry her?

Key line of the ‘B’ movie, “The Lifeguard”:
Dad: “Son, how long are are you going to work as a Lifeguard?
Son: “As long as they will let me”.
Probably the best line in the whole ‘B’ movie.

I enjoy an occasional Rubin sandwich and do recall Alan Greenspan but after that, your reply is a bit cryptic?
Could you PLS provide some easy clues?
Thank you.
And now I crave a nice thick Rubin with the mayo and relish... Perhaps for brunch?

For decades, the WSJ ran quirky, offbeat, light-hearted, and fun articles in the center column of page 1. This reads like one of those.
I think they discontinued that center column years ago. I subscribed for an Engineering Economics course in college and quit reading it 25 years later.

And only Joe the jamoke can deal with him?
Fortunately the jamoke nows claims that Pop had passed away and is no longer available to reminisce about some fake BS.

I used to work as a Chicago Park District lifeguard. It was a great summer job. Many fond memories.
