I saved my BEST Zucchini Casserole recipe for last. I just LOVE this - and there is nothing low-fat or low carb about it, though you can use calorie-reduced cream soup and sour cream if necessary.

I just checked my potatoes and got a huge one!
I expected the small ones but this one surprised me.
My /Brussel sprouts are loaded with baby ones.
How do I tell if they are ready to eat? I know you harvest from the bottom up, and not all at once. Too young and they are bitter.
