I consider Zucchini ‘filler’ but I DO love those pancakes, and of course zucchini bread or muffins. :)

It makes amazing pickles, too!

When it comes to zucchini, we prefer ‘cocozelle’...”Italian marrow squash’. Also, open pollenated.
