While the legal filings in the criminal probe into the Trump Organization do not directly prove Trump's knowledge of the alleged crimes, the former daughter-in-law of Trump's money man is now doing just that. Jennifer Weisselberg told prosecutors Trump personally guaranteed the scheme to hide employee income through school costs and that she saw Trump do so in 2012, according to the Daily Beast.

In the video, the MSNBC legal analyst and the former prosecutor actually do a reasonably fair job of laying out the facts and predicting where this might go legally.
After only six years they came up with this?

What incentive is there for Trump to hide employee income? It’s an expense to him regardless of how it’s reported.
I saw her and thought how would she really know? She seemed like a floozy to me.
Jennifer Weisselberg saw something, Trump will say she’s full of shit.
Meanwhile nothing about it in the indictment.
Three reasons Trump isn’t going down or going to jail.
1) Trump isn’t a criminal.
2) He’s been President of the United States and no President has been “locked up.”
3) If they did lock him up, he’d become a martyr. I can see it now:

Tons of businesses do things like this. We gave our employees cars and paid for their gas, etc. Nike gives out phones and everyone gets an employee discount at the store - is Nike supposed to pay payroll taxes on the savings made through the employee discount?
