I was talking about the Western use of the swastika. Not India.

In the West it was a good luck symbol.

Around the world (and not just India) the shape can be found. That was not the point of discussion.

Drawings of faces existed a very long time as well but the yellow smiley face in the West is a post WWII icon.

I mentioned India because that’s were the swastikas’ originated is all. I don’t care about pictures from the 30’s in America. It was mentioned about luck and that’s what the swastikas were use as a symbol thereof.
