He is a Democrat after all and will posture against some of their antics but will only criticize them so far.
It’s understandable to many who think it’s impossible to steal a nationwide Presidential election, they can’t grasp massive cheating that would be required and the thousands of people who would be involved, Dershowitz has no knowledge of the evidence so he’s uninformed, the Maricopa County Audit has shown that massive fraud took place combined with 4-5 other places and you realize that stealing a Presidential election can be done
Someone got to him. Trump’s greatest failure was trusting in those who hate him or were not loyal. The overall 2020 election was a complete failure and I am certain the cheating and irregularities are real.
We need to know if there’s any point in casting a vote at all, or if it’s a rigged game. Even Dershowitz can see that.
At the very least, the states that can decertify senate and house results should do so.

Actually the evidence strongly suggests the opposite. Circumstantial evidence like Biden winning the fewest counties in 120 years, or receiving the lowest African-American vote since 1960 - except in a few swing-state cities. Or the unprecedented shut-down of vote counting in the middle of the night in swing states. Or Biden's completely loss of all historic bell-weather races.
And now we are seeing direct evidence.

Dershowitz is wrong in his pronouncement about a lack of evidence of material fraud - that is to say fraud of such a magnitude it likely altered the outcome.
He’s also wrong to dismiss the imperfection of this election because previous elections were imperfect. That’s not how civil societies should view First Principle infirmities like unreliable elections.
But, he’s correct insomuch that nothing is going to come from it no matter how compelling or irrefutable the evidence of fraud becomes. There are a lot of reasons why nothing will happen like the risk-adverse nature of the Court and the gaping holes in statutory and constitutional law surrounding electoral fraud. There simply isn’t a constitutional framework for undoing an election months after it has been certified per constitutional requirements.
The best outcome that could possibly be hoped for is that there would be a groundswell of popular support to secure future elections. But, the media and the Dems are hellbent in making sure that these allegations are dismissed as crazy ‘rightwing’ conspiracy theories...and that will likely work because the power of the media and big tech today to control narratives is enormous, far greater than what Robber Barons could have dreamed about.

There will never be an admission from the Left that they cheated and stole the election, no matter what evidence is presented. That would make Biden and Harris illegitimate.
Assuming Dershowitz is following events in AZ and GA, he has to assume that there is no upside to him supporting the notion that Trump won. He’s never been a Trump supporter, he’s always been a Dem - why would we expect him to go out on that limb?
When the full audit results - in AZ, in GA, in PA, etc....are revealed, it won’t matter what Dershowitz thinks.

Interesting how he hedged his statement... by including unless we found... “massive, massive, deliberate fraud”. That is exactly what is becoming more and more clear every day.
Translation: The election won’t be overturned and Trump won’t be reinstated because the people in power won’t allow it and the Supreme Court won’t touch it. So we must pretend the election was proper whether is was or not.

The reason they will get caught this time is they didn’t anticipate Trump would get the votes he did. The had to come up with things at the last minute and got sloppy.
I think people should go to jail. Cheating has to stop. I don’t think Trump gets to go to the White House before the next election, but in the eyes of the world he will be President.
Dershowitz may be under pressure. His name was on flight manifests to Epstein’s island. He has vigorously protested but there may be suppressed evidence or other areas where he is vulnerable. Dersh has often gone off the plantation to argue for fair and Constitutional treatment, this time not so.
If the Democrats succeed in covering up the election, it will be a green light for bigger and more extensive fraud than occurred in the last election. Democracy will be truly dead.
It may be better for these places where it is being found to release interim reports so at least these talking heads could hold up a legal or at least semi official document. Wave it in their faces while referencing specific passages etc. It is simply more conducive to serious dialogue than twitter or news conferences IMO.
