I think that is a very fitting thing to have happening to them.
I'd like to see all violent criminals have to do that for a few hours, every day of incarceration.
The difference between a medicine and a poison is the dosage.
Ever higher THC content can cross the threshold.
Caffeine and Nicotine are alkaloids and have positive effects at low dosage while both can kill above a certain threshold.
Cannabis “products” with 90% THC is akin to 195 proof grain alcohol.
That’s not “weed.” That is concentrates. BIG difference.
My State Trooper son tells me they are seeing a lot of bales of pot coming through.

Today the question becomes; what’s the ROI (return on investment).

Most anti-psychotic drugs work by being dopamine antagonists (reducing dopamine).
THC is a powerful dopamine agonist (increasing it).
Anyone will hallucinate, given a high enough dose of THC, but borderline psychotics will be pushed over into active psychosis, at what would just be recreational dosages for most people.
Marijuana, pot, cannabis, whatever you want to call it is an intoxicant herb used before written records. It predates alcohol. Our weirded out society accepts alcohol and the societal fallout as acceptable. Pot as a drug reduces violence but as an item of commerce increases it.

I agree there is no law enforcement solution. Like alcohol, it can only be a personal responsibility thing.
