We had one person on here with a longstanding account who ridiculed the Cyber Ninja team and their findings.

It was disappointing, and I admit to being puzzled by the attitude. I think there are people who simply cannot face the truth.

Well I can face the truth, even when it's uncomfortable to me. If anyone wishes to feed me crow for this, feel free, I guess I have no "defense" for that now.

As some may know, either by recognizing my SN or looking at my recent posting history, I have been a strident critic of this general movement to "stop the steal". I've viewed it as a grift, at best, if not traitorous (to be blunt) at worst, questioning the integrity of the election on such a massive scale as to at least indirectly lead to the events of 1/6.

While I'm still not 100% convinced this isn't the case, the events today at that hearing (which I did watch by the way, live, for the whole thing), were extremely troubling for me. Specifically this finding (not a claim, but a finding a fact) that 70,000+ votes were cast by mail in ballots that, at least at the current time, there exist no records to show that such a number was sent out! When I heard that, I felt as though I had been smacked in the face, hard. Coming about, slowly, to face the next wave head on so to speak. At least slowing down to 1/4 speed from full ahead. It's just too significant to ignore, for reasons described below.

To me, this is the most significant "bombshell" to come along in this whole mess, preceded by so many fake "bombshell", or "boom" moments, to make even the most ardent believer doubt. I'm only posting this now to let anyone reading this know that even the most ardent critic (such as myself) can be swayed with facts.

Now, I will say, in my opinion (if anyone cares for it, which I don't blame anyone here if you don't), the following should be front and center in any buzz or announcement about the developments of today: That this finding was not contingent upon any "experience" or "knowledge" of Cyber Ninjas itself. In other words, it's irrelevant how much "experience" Cyber Ninjas had/has in election audits, in discussing this significant discrepancy.

I say this because, as I'm sure everyone reading this knows, Cyber Ninjas is constantly maligned by its own critics for this reason, right or wrong. (their alleged lack of experience in election audits). Right or wrong, that's the claim about them, so I fear that this finding (the discrepancy of 70,000 + ballots) will get lost in such noise. It's important, in other words, when discussing/sharing this with friends/family/colleagues, that it is made clear that this finding was made possible via a simple FOIA request, and that's it. So the "experience" level of Cyber Ninjas is irrelevant for this consideration. Anyone can do a FOIA request in other words, one doesn't need to be an "expert" in anything to do it.

This is important because, again, it has nothing to do with how "experienced" Cyber Ninjas is. Which is, I'm sure, the blanket excuse some may use to throw this under the rug. It's a FOIA request that showed this discrepancy (which is why I call it a "fact" and not a "claim" by Cyber Ninjas). A child could do a FOIA request.

One might find this Twitter thread useful to share with anyone interested. It nicely shows the relevant portions of the hearing today (so one doesn't have to search 2+ hours to find the testimonies): Arizona Senate Hearing condensed

Also on Twitter today, while still digesting all this myself, I happened to notice this rather odd post by the DC Capitol Police. I found it a rather "odd" coincidence to say the least. Apparently though, it was some small group "protesting" about voting rights being denied (from a leftist perspective). Again, ironic to say the least: Capitol Police Arrest Rep in voting rights demonstration
