Arrest them whenever they DO return to their homes.

Unfortunately they can’t arrest them if they don’t return. They can only do if the dems are actually in Texas.
Somebody has to take the lead and start making these people PAY for bad behavior. Yeah, most are women and black but this is Abbotts chance to say enough and DO something about it. The more governors take on this administration and the politically correct goons the more people will see just what’s happening to this country. The laughing hyena was just disgusting in promoting this crass behavior and I hope people with half a brain understand this is a concerted effort to seek and destroy........our country being the number one target!!!

Charge them with bribery, just for the charter plane allone. Have a criminal trial, in absentia, if they choose not to come back and remove them all from office and announce a special election shortly after. Announce a special session of the legislature to swear in the new lawmakers, with the doors locked and then take a vote on the ellection reform law. Does anyone think the Dems woulldn’t do this if the positions were reversed?

This isn’t anything new, they’ve done this stuff before. They will be charged with nothing. Last time, I think it was around 2005, they delayed things but the bill went through a little later.
Texas has been famous for silly politician antics pretty much since 1845.
They have to come home. They have houses, families, and bills to pay. These idiots don’t eprealise their pay will be stopped.
The sum total of their salaries is nightstand change to their backers.
How can you arrest them if they do not return?
What happened to arresting them when the do return?
They’re gonna go Galt? Their only utility to anyone is that they’re in the Texas legislature. If they are not in the Texas legislature, they are homeless. No shortage of homeless in Washington DC. They probably don’t even know how to dumpster dive.
If no arrests are made when they return this means nothing. We will see. They can’t stay away forever.
