It is a real scary event to see, someone, who seems to be “normal”, lose it and their memory at close to sunset or after sunset.
Imagine our POTUS having a sundowner experience and scaring his handlers re the world realizing what is happening.

All consequential decisions are made by a team of Handlers. Joe Biden is only useful as a ceremonial figurehead. When he can no longer do that, he will be quickly replaced. That time is coming sooner than the factions planned.
There appears to be a squabble between the factions as to who will be on the replacement team of Handlers, who the next figurehead President will be, and when the announcements will be made.

Biden was never very sharp, just unprincipled. He was always being manipulated by others in a family money-making enterprise. Look how he publicly boasted about threatening to with-hold funds from Ukraine in order to get the prosecutor investing the crooked company his son was on the board of directors fired.
