A 30-year-old Ocala woman is facing multiple charges after a father and son were driven off the road and chased after she allegedly shot at them while they were in a vehicle.
On July 6, a victim was found at the BP gas station located at 14055 West Highway 40 after claiming 30-year-old Alexis Council shot at him and his son.
The victim claims while driving down the road, a grey Buick pulled out in front of him and blocked the road. The victim claims Council stepped out of the passenger side of the vehicle with a gun, pointed it at his vehicle and began to shoot at him and his son, according to the sheriff’s report.
The victim says they were able to evade the shots and that he swerved the vehicle off the road. The victim claims Council then began to chase him, according to the report.
The juvenile confirmed the claims made by his father and units responded to 6076 NW 61st street in an attempt to find Council, the report states.
The woman who was riding with Council during the time of the incident was found and claims Council shot a handgun in the air. The woman says she left Council at the scene to fend for herself, the report revealed.
Council was later located, arrested, and transported to the Marion County Jail on July 6 with no set bond.

I was hoping to see the make/model of the car that the father/son were driving. Maybe the shooter simply hated that brand of vehicle. You know… like some assassins hate oil cans. ;-)

Seriously???? Really?. Did you just allude to the possible fact marijuana may have been involoved? ,Theres a few very vocal individuals on FR that will fight you to death over the medical properties of MJ and how great it is... So hush your mouth before some of them take pot shots at you too!!

I didn’t specifically mention any drug but pot is the most probable. Check her eyes, she’s lit. I’m no pot Nazi I’ve seen things let’s say.
You are not likely wrong. I live very near here. It was the end of a holiday weekend and certainly supplies were running low.
