The trouble with any court is the Judge rules supreme.
I have been in many courts as a juror, witness, and in Federal Court in Boston, as a juror, held in contempt of court, by Judge Skinner, and got 6 weeks where I was required to report every Monday for Jury duty.
You never know how a case will turn out, as in some cases a paid perjured witness will testify, and other factors enter into the proceedings, like the Judges and the juries attitude and disposition. -Tom

That's not true. Besides, they're suing Florida. Foreign companies operating in the US have standing in our courts.
