No doubt this is true — and not just for the Navy. If our military would lose a major engagement (or an entire war), I have no doubt that the post-mortem report would conclude that it was because the it was not woke enough. Regardless of the real reason.

My guess is their top priorities are military readiness and preparing to win wars.

Diversity training is a sign of quitting. When an organization can no longer attract and retain talented individuals, the organization can then only attempt to train those remaining to accept the mediocrity and failures of the new sub-par hires.

It is a response from the very top that inspires these career officers. They know that if they want to be promoted, they had better damn well get with the program (submit) which is now wokeness (anti-white) and have their efforts documented. Military preparedness is certainly not one of the career enhancement efforts to highlight on a resume, which would reveal one to be a white supremacist (perpetuating and protecting a racist nation.) The Biden administration wants all fellating officers and soldiers all the time.
