Flip one Senate seat....and all the legislation where the VP vote made a difference should be void on their face.
I highly suspect that the Rep senators actually won the general, (Nov 3), senate elections. The examples in the articles that I read on the duplicate, machine filled, ballots had the senate races also marked for the Dems. If so, the two Dem senators can, and should be thrown out of office, the senate revert to Rep control and bills passed by 1 vote, (Harris’s), should be declared null and void.
