CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan, who regularly attends Trump rallies and interviews supporters of the former president, got quite the shock while interviewing attendees of the Conservative Political Action Conference in Dallas over the weekend. Most of the people O’Sullivan interviewed gave answers that have come to be expected. One man said he thinks the election was probably stolen from Trump, while a woman said she finds it very questionable that Trump lost. Another woman said that she would like to hear Trump say in his speech on Sunday that he would “regain his rightful seat as president” as soon as the election is overturned. Those are common answers to O’Sullivan’s questions, which is why he appeared genuinely shocked when speaking to a man who goes by Grizzly Joe.
“Do you accept Joe Biden won the election?” O’Sullivan asked. Joe bluntly answered, “Yeah.” A stunned O’Sullivan followed with, “So you are, you know, one of the very few people I am likely to meet here this weekend who will tell me that Biden won the election fairly.” “That's unfortunate,” Joe replied.
Joe took issue with the many claims made by Trump’s lawyers while fighting the election results, without ever producing any real evidence, especially Sidney Powell’s who in November described her litigation, which ultimately failed, as “releasing the Kraken.”
“I gotta have the evidence. I gotta see it,” Joe said. “If you tell me you're gonna release the Kraken, show me the freakin’ Kraken for crying out loud. Show me the freakin’ Kraken. Show me a piece of the Kraken. Show me something.”

Really? Are you sure about that?
Somebody contemplated the story about servers being seized in Germany.
Somebody contemplated the likely coordination of all the swing states stopping the counting at the same time.
In fact, there was a story here last month that correlated the Edison data timing of reporting the count between Georgia and Pennsylvania. There were too many coincidences with the duration of gaps in reporting, the start and stop times, the change in the rate of change in the vote ratios, that highly suggested that someone higher up was coordinating the counts across swing states.

That’s a fine analysis, but I think you are offering answers to questions that haven’t been answered before, just as I am. I hope we can find out who’s right soon.
I don’t think my scenario is mutually exclusive with finding out what went wrong and fashioning corrective measures.

No argument there, but where is it stated that the duly certified electors cannot be de-certified by the same legislatures that certified them?
Common sense. Whether or not an election for POTUS represents the will of the People, it must be final. Congress gives it that finality. If Biden is 25 Amen-dementia’d, assassinated, dies in office, resigns or is impeached, Kamala becomes POTUS (Yikes!). If anything happens to her, NANSHY! Then it’s the SOS (literally and as an acronym). They would all have to die at once in order to get anyone even marginally competent in office, and he would still not be Trump. Best that can be done is to overthrow the entrenched local officials on school boards, zoning boards, town aldermen, governors, state legislatures, etc. They are the feet of the centipede of leftardism. Amputate them one by one, and you immobilize the Japanese horror movie-sized bug, which will still be quite deadly, but in November of 2022, at least possible to contain. Revolution would be more fun, but would end badly with a Chinese military takeover.
Those are likely explanations of too many coincidences; i.e., circumstantial evidence, admissible in a court of law according to my old law books, but probably not sufficient as a practical matter. You’d have to find a smoking gun showing deliberate coordination, and direct proof of that is probably lost in a pile of shredded paper in some landfill. All we have for a kraken is eyewitness accounts, recorded and made under oath. And some video footage. That is indeed a kraken, since there are about 1,000 affidavits, and hundreds of witnesses in multiple states. With the forensic audits, that’ll do it. Which is why the Dems and MSM (redundant) are making so many angry chimp noises. The jig is not yet up, but the Kraken is loose and liable to grab them and pull them under soon.

There’s lots of other evidence of election malfeasance, including a deliberate project to destroy election security, and some very fishy events which demand explanation - but for ‘the Kraken’ itself, we’ve been shown nothing.
can ever tell you what they would consider to be pieces of valid evidence. What do they expect? A purchase order from the DNC to some organization for two to three million bogus ballots? The video of that girl running ballots through the Dominion machine for extra times? That means nothing? How about all the ballots measuring 11 x 17 inches that were never folded? You mean to say those were sent in 11 by 17 envelopes through the mail when everybody knows that they were folded in half?
There’s also the accumulating evidence regarding out-of-County/State voters, now apparently at about 10,300.

There’s a world a difference between those who think Biden won the presidency legally, and is POTUS, and those who think he won it fairly.

Circumstantial evidence proving a conspiracy based on eye witnesses of a consistent pattern of dullskuggery. Chase the Republican poll watchers out. Bring in the harvested ballots. Use lax standards of signature verifications and postmarks approved without the consent of the legislature. She never claimed to have direct evidence of high-level decision makers sitting down and laying out their evil plans, only circumstantial.
While finality is a very important goal, I can’t see why it has to be so inviolate that we can’t reverse the results of an election that is plainly stolen, especially if the injured party manages to pierce the wall of shields protecting the lie and proving the steal in court.
As a lawyer, I recall the heady days of 1L, when we spoke of truth and (and/or?) justice. I can think of no greater outrage to the rule of law and the very bedrock of the republic than brazen theft of elections. It simply doesn’t make sense to say, “Oh, well, we all know what happened, but gee, shucks, there just isn’t anything we can do about it”. Consciously accepting that view seems a shameful surrender to forces that have been trying to wreck the country and are getting damn near succeeding.
