Texas needs to setup their own Gitmo for these scum.
But allow early release if they agree to tar and feathering.
When any legislators intentionally leave to avoid doing their duty as legislators, that should be an automatic removal from office.
Arrest them, charge them with contempt and let them sit there and rot.

Handcuff them to their chairs in the House or Senate. A quorum only means that there are sufficient numbers in attendance to conduct business. They don’t have to talk, vote, or do anything. Just their presence allows business to continue.
