I am in my mid 60’s and hit the gym 3x a week. Exercise keeps you going.
Keep up the good work. The day you stop exercising, your body starts to wither and shrivel and get weak. I never imagined age 100 was possible for me based on family history of males. But it is looking doable now if I will get my ass to gym 5-6 times every week. I am off all medications for a while now as well.
