My niece supervises a lab in Rochester General Hospital, has had the vaccine, but still has to wear a mask at work every day. They have to put their masks on in the parking lot upon heading into work, then also wear it out to their cars each day when they leave.
Yeah, everyone at the nursing home the wife works at has to mask up before going inside. As soon as they get inside, they get a temp check first thing. If they have a temperature, they can’t work and also get a covid test. They get those weekly anyway and if they test positive, it’s 14 days off for quarantine. If anyone tests positive, they all have to wear full PPP, gowns and goggles and N95 masks instead of surgical masks for 14 days. Gonna be coming up on two years of this pretty soon.
