Need more details on age, health condition , comorbidities , when the vaccines were given, etc. Those catching Covid and actually dying from it after vaccination are exceptional cases.

The victim was described and an 86 year old overweight man, with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, congestive heart failure and emphysema from over 50 years of smoking. News of his death shocked his family who said he was robust and in excellent health while being bedridden in his room at the Fountain of Comfort care home. Not going to weigh in either way, make own determination. Because as an RN in public health monitoring, I firmly believe we are are welcome to pursue our individual choices. But I will tell you, the data they offer publicly is far from complete. They do not research Covid positive vaccinated people (even though they can be symptomatic and spread it-I have seen this), they only count vaccinated ICU Patients or those that die. So vaccinated still spread it and still very much contribute to variants. Most vaccinated people are not pursuing testing when they have symptoms.

We’ve got a covid scare going on in my town right now. It’s not from covid, but from some head cold from hell. It’s starting to overwhelm the local clinics. I caught it, and I almost never get colds. It’s brutal, and has the same symptoms as covid. I went to the doctor and got tested, even though I had the J&J. It’s so widespread the clinics are starting to run out of covid tests. I’m going on day 8 with it now, but getting better. For just being a head cold, it’s brutal.
