Ummm... ok... so how will that work???

Obviously, you would have to have a doctor’s note for the health condition, but how does the employer avoid religious discrimination lawsuits on this?

On what basis would a religion prevent you from taking a generic vaccine???

Sounds to me like they are just saying this will be an exemption, but have no intention of actually applying it.

Someone needs to apply for a religious exemption, and see what happens.. I would like to know.

If it turns out there are significant side effects, what will be the employer’s liability. I’ll bet the corporate attorney advised against this.
