About 3900 women were in the VSAFE database.
The 80% is among around 827 or something who responded to let the people doing the study know, how their pregnancy ended (women were followed for a year).

Around 3000 of the women were “lost to followup” (didn’t let the researchers know what happened).

So strictly speaking you don’t know how applicable the results are.
