New Evidence Indicates Enough Illegal Votes In Georgia To Tip 2020 Results

In Georgia, there was both an audit and a statewide recount confirming Biden’s victory, but ignored in the process was evidence that nearly 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally.

New evidence indicates that more than 10,300 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the November 2020 general election — a number that will continue to rise over the next several months, potentially exceeding the 12,670 votes that separated Joe Biden and Donald Trump.

While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our president, all Americans who genuinely care about free and fair elections and the disenfranchisement of voters should demand both transparency and solutions to prevent a repeat in future elections. This evidence also vindicates former President Trump and his legal team for the related public (and private) comments and legal arguments made in challenging the Georgia election results.

Under the cover of COVID-19, Georgia, like many other states, flooded residents with absentee ballot applications. Also like sister states, Georgia ignored various legislative mandates designed to prevent fraud and to ensure the integrity of the vote. These facts, coupled with the closeness of the presidential contest in Georgia and other states, led to a flurry of accusations and litigation charging vote fraud, illegal voting, and violations of the Elector’s Clause of the constitution.

In Georgia, there was both an audit and a statewide recount confirming Biden’s victory, but ignored in the process was evidence that nearly 35,000 Georgians had potentially voted illegally.

Under Georgia law, residents must vote in the county in which they reside, unless they changed their residence within 30 days of the election. As Jake Evans, a well-known Atlanta election lawyer, told me, outside of the 30-day grace period, if people vote in a county in which they no longer reside, “Their vote in that county would be illegal.”

Soon after the November general election, Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. and an expert in voter data analytics and residency issues, obtained data from the National Change of Address (NCOA) database that identified Georgia residents who had confirmed moves with the U.S. Postal Service. After excluding moves with effective dates within 30 days of the general election, and by using data available from the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, Davis identified nearly 35,000 Georgia voters who indicated they had moved from one Georgia county to another, but then voted in the 2020 general election in the county from which they had moved.

Casting Doubt on Potential Illegal Votes

Some of those moves could have been temporary, involving students or members of the military, Davis stressed, adding that under Georgia law temporary relocations do not alter citizens’ residency status or render their votes illegal. ....MORE AT LINK....

Look at underage voters, dead voters, voters who voted from PO Boxes, voters with mover flags with the USPS.

Add in the hundreds of thousands of ballots for which there is no legally required chain of custody.

These numbers VASTLY exceed the 12,000 votes by which Biden supposedly won. Matt Braynard did an excellent job cross referencing the Georgia voter file with the Social Security Administration database and the USPS mover flag file.

Every time a Leftist has tried to argue this with me I simply ask them which database is wrong - the SSN, the USPS or the Georgia voter database? Because that is all that is required to make Braynard’s argument air tight. Either the file must be wrong or Braynard’s tally of unlawful ballots is accurate. Which is it?

As someone who has worked in audit for decades....real audits are not conducted by the very people responsible for producing the product in the first place.

Nobody would accept that.

Imagine telling the IRS “no problem here. I audited my tax return. I found that I was completely right about everything. That’s it. Gotta close the file now.”

Having the very people responsible for running the election “audit” the result and then demanding that everybody believe them is a bit like Bernie Madoff “auditing” his books and proclaiming them fine and dandy. Who the hell would accept that? Nobody of course.

JFK spent over 7% of GDP on Defense, was a combat veteran, a hunter and lifelong member of the NRA, and an American patriot.

Absolutely no way a guy like that could be a Democrat today. He’d be drummed out of the party.

You can’t say for certain who voted for whom, that is true.

But

The legal standard has always been that more unlawful ballots were cast than the margin of victory. You never had to prove who they voted for - that is obviously an impossible standard. In the past, once you could prove that more unlawful ballots were cast than the margin of victory, courts would throw out the result and order another election.

In my district in NC just 2 years ago, a campaign worker for the Republican candidate was found to have ballot harvested. Even though the number of ballots harvested was smaller than the margin of victory, the court threw out the election result and Mark Harris was unseated. We had no congressional representation for a year until a special election could be held. In that special election Republican Dan Bishop won. So courts throwing out election results and ordering a special election is not some rare or esoteric thing. Its been pretty standard once the legal standard was met - except for 2020.......

Why would they. They voted on Nov 3, the Republican candidates won. The cheating didn’t change.

I moved from Atlanta to North Carolina over 5 years ago and was assured when I got the NC drivers license and registered to vote that Georgia would be alerted of the move and I would be taken off Georgia’s list. During the 2020 election I kept getting calls on my cell phone pushing candidates in Georgia. Being suspicious that I might still be on the voting rolls there I tried to get my name off the list. It was not until between the election and the GA run-off that I was able to finally talk to someone there that told me that indeed my name was still on the voter rolls, and he said he was removing it. That means we can be fairly sure that some Democrat submitted a vote with my name in the election. And at this point I have no idea if I am still on their rolls or not.

“While this evidence does not change the fact that Joe Biden is our President”.

Uh sorry but it totally does change that fact.

I’ve been an auditor for decades. They are showing you how in AZ, it’s what auditors do.

- Election night vote totals reported
- Certified vote numbers
- Registered voter logs
- Chain of custody documents
- Law and election procedures

If those items do NOT match the actual ballots and activities, there is election fraud.

- Obtain the ballots
- Scan the ballots in high resolution DPI
- Count teams verify the selected candidates
- Kinematic review of ballots - folds, no folds, incorrect paper, fingerprints, completed by human hand or machine, (very easy)
- Canvass - does an address exist, are there 200 ballots from the same address and other data analytics
- Benford analysis
- Ballots come from authorized vendor(s) and contain security features, or are a Xerox copy
- Election tabulators and batch hash sheets are verified against the ACTUAL ballots and boxes of ballots
- Number of ballots adjudicated by an election worker, versus scanned
- Penetration test on election machines and routers, review log histories and access permissions for same

In order for a fraud to succeed, it must remain concealed. This fraud is revealed. Biden is coming to PA because he KNOWS he’s about to be revealed as a fraud....

He signed a huge tax cut too that was the biggest until Reagan.

Then President Trump had the biggest tax cut since Reagan.

Not necessarily. It could be human error or process breakdown.

For example, if ballot runners failed to properly document a transfer from a drop box that screws chain of custody but doesn't necessarily indicate fraud or an incorrect count.

You are correct! It has been a few decades, and at age 81 my memory is the 2nd thing to go.

Well...Nixon & Ford were like twin brothers politically in that era is how I remember them.

Sorry but you don’t know that votes were not counted or were changed. And likely more illegal votes dumped in as well.

Harris pulled out AFTER they threw the election result out and ordered a special election. Dan Bishop then won the Republican Primary and defeated Dan McGreedy again after Mark Harris had also defeated him.

The point was there were FEWER votes in question than the margin of victory and the court STILL threw the election result out. The historical legal standard is more unlawful ballots cast than the supposed margin of victory. Trump’s team met that standard in multiple states but judges ignored the historical legal standard and insisted on new impossible to meet standards of proof.

No that doesn’t indicate fraud....but by law in Georgia in means those ballots must be thrown out. If those ballots are counted without the legally required chain of custody, those are unlawful ballots.

There were hundreds of thousands of such unlawful ballots that were counted in Georgia.
