That's what I was wondering...where did the bodies come from?
Jesus never used names in his parables. In the case of the rich man and the beggar, he did.
After Jesus was put to death, he went to Hades to preach. Or was Jesus dreaming?
“where did the bodies come from?”
I questioned that. In hell, people there won’t be “bodies”, they’ll be fully aware of their eternal torment. They’ll wish they were bodies.
As Paul wrote: To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord; if you’re not saved by Jesus’ grace then where do you think you’ll be while waiting for the Final Judgement?
