That’s at least a 5 point rifle on the new ATF scale for “pistols” when not if it goes in effect and thus is an SBR to them. FRendly advice don’t post such thinks on a compromised forum we all know full well alphabet soup creeps around FR.

The optics, backup sights, and hand stop are all one point each. The strap brace is one or two depending on if it moves and also the total lengths of pull. Anything over 4 points will be deemed an SBR requiring registration and $200 stamps or it’s a 10 year felony and loss of all gun rights. The period of public notice and review is going on right now and in 90 days the ruling will be officially published via the public register office and millions will have to change their pistols configurations to be under 4 points or face felony charges. Texas and 20+ other states have new laws or executive orders for local and state LEOs to not help in any way the alphabet boys but they will be coming to make very public examples out of a few in a few red states anyways to scare the people into compliance.

Nice “pistols” by the way.

Cheers
