About a year ago, Tucker Carlson, the Daily Caller’s top editor, joined famed conspiratorialist Alex Jones for a discussion about American society and politics. In an exchange that attracted some attention on the Internet, Jones spun one of his classic theories about how the country is changing:
The Democrats went from being the Ku Klux Klan party of race, with Sen. Byrd and all them, to literally going, ‘OK, we’re going to go race-politic with the minorities, make them the majority.’ And so basically they went from financing…La Raza, all the Ford Foundation. And that’s why you have this new race-based system where we all have been conditioned as Republicans or as Libertarians or as white people to be, ‘Oh my gosh, we’re loving, we’re not racist — yes, please, do whatever, I’m sorry I’m white, and beat ourselves with whips on the head. And then meanwhile, the Democrats have just recreated the Ku Klux Klan movement, but they’ve done it with minorities.
Presented with those thoughts (and others — Jones’s monologue was longer than the quote above), Carlson responded, “Yeah, there’s a lot of truth in that. I wish there weren’t. There’s no question that the country is more race-conscious than it was when I was a kid.”
Question: Why didn’t Carlson stick up for his party?
According to D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics spokeswoman Denise Tolliver, Carlson is a registered Democrat in the District of Columbia. His registration dates back to 2006. He has company: The District is three-quarters Democratic — some people whose politics align with a competing party register Democratic in order to assert their preferences in critical Democratic primaries.
The fast-talking Carlson likes to portray himself and the Daily Caller as bastions of independent thinking.

Fake news from some idiotic fake news site?
He used to be more obviously the ultimate, bowtied RINO.
Only recently has he been positioned front and center as a supposed true-believer, truth teller.
At this point I am convinced that a good two-thirds of my alternative (and better than MSM) news sources are themselves controlled opposition. They are just taking more of a supposedly conservative or MAGA/populist position than the MSM.
The only answer is to carefully check the source documents or video clips for all sources’ claims and get a feel for what they are likely correct about vs. either spinning with a very limited hangout or trying to discredit your understanding by exaggerated their interpretations and claims.
Oh, also clues: the likes of Tucker and Bannon are actually often for big-government political “solutions”.
Well it will be interesting to see how Tucker responds to all of this.
Thanks for digging up this “news”...what Federal agency do you work for again?
He’s long time friends with Hunter Biden and a regular at Comet Pizza.
RE: .what Federal agency do you work for again?
Thanks for asking, I ask you the same question.
I haven’t paid any attention to Bannon since the election. He’s always struck me as an alcoholic who could be erratic at times anyway. I’m starting to think the only ones who aren’t compromised to some degree are the people who aren’t allowed on mainstream media. I have no doubt that Fox news is controlled opposition, supporting the fake election results and burying Hunter’s laptop story.
Carlson hit piece, perfect timing as he eviscerates the left.Maybe, but what good do empty words do?
Behind the scenes the real damage was done, but to you, not the Democrats. Tucker and Fox and by extension everyone at Fox betrayed the entire country by ignoring, burying the obvious election fraud that put the Democrats in power.
You got some learn'n to do.
SUCKERS!
“Carlson hit piece, perfect timing as he eviscerates the left.”
If Tucker is a registered Democrat and he’s laying waste to the Rats & Left like this, then he is even more genius than I thought.
The guys is doing far more damage with his bravery in illuminating the ugly Left.
Tucker Carlson is no Ronald Reagan, not even close. Unlike Tucker Reagan was more than talk, he implemented conservative policies.
I voted for Hellary in the primary so obamy wouldn’t be on the ticket. Others did, too. It didn’t help.
Typical Freeper posting leftwing hit pieces.
Probably a fair thought re: who’s on the MSM.
Bannon’s got a lot of questionable contacts, such as Steve Cortes, who is a banker stooge who was hard pushing for Covid relief a year ago in the form of cards that would issue recipient funding of X amount for food, transportation, utilities, etc.—with unspent amounts to evaporate at the month’s end. That just coincidentally is what the WEF globalist banker types are scheming for their social credit score complete hold on financial payments to the plebs. Bannon was also similarly gushing last week about Kassam and co’s massive central government asset transfers to stay-at-home moms to stay home and crank out more kids. (As if that was anywhere in our founders’ vision or ideals!)
That said, Bannon’s show is a good source of info with the guests he has on.
Neither are you. Neither is anyone else.
Unlike Tucker Reagan was more than talk, he implemented conservative policies.
He was a registered Democrat all his life and a union leader to boot too. Until he saw the light and became Republican.
What more ya got, troll?
Or is it a "style" problem?
Perhaps Tucker was starting to get out of line angering his deep state buddies so they decided to take him down a notch with these revelations, who knows? Let’s see how Tucker responds to all of this
Interesting, I wasn’t aware of any of that.
