The court ruled Tuesday that the rally speech was not covered by freedom of expression. […]
At the 2014 campaign rally in question, Wilders asked supporters if they wanted “fewer” Moroccans in the Netherlands. “Fewer! Fewer! Fewer!” his supporters chanted back. “We’re going to take care of that,” Wilders told the crowd.
In response to the ruling Tuesday, Wilders said he is the victim of a political “witch hunt.” …

Wilders did not receive a fine or jail time. The decision of the high court cannot be appealed. So they "censured" him? Mon pauvre chou!

Minder is also less, as in the phrase by the famous architect, “Minder is meer.”

The court ruled Tuesday that the rally speech was not covered by freedom of expression. This is what will happen to us when they get the 'Living Constitution' that the LEFT is so enamored with! Freedom of Speech is true for only the LEFT and allies, not for anyone on their hit list!

In the US, it all started with those “hate crime” laws. Because once they were firmly in place, it becomes quite easy to criminalize free speech as “hate speech”.

This is a shining example of why freedoms must be exercised, protected, and taught to the next generation.

In our state, naturally there is and can be no place for freedom of speech, press, and so on for the foes of socialism.

While these throwbacks live, the USSR is never dead and is trying to rise up in the USA. Obama stirred these seeds up.

Not to mention the EUSSR, who actually patterned themselves after the USSR via the UN Charter.

Yes. Such laws violate equal protection of the laws and are actually unconstitutional.

Evidently the Dutch today is as oppressive to speech and religious freedom as the Pilgrims feared the Dutch would be. (The reason the Pilgrims left Holland is they feared a war between Holland and Catholic Spain would lead to persecution of Protestants.)
