MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- One man was killed and another was wounded in a shooting at a crowded York County park on Monday night. The shooting happened around 9 p.m. near the basketball courts at Cousler Park on Church Road in Manchester Township. Northern York County Regional Police said one victim, who had been shot at least once in the torso, was taken to the hospital, where he died. A second victim showed up in a private vehicle. Police said he had a non-life-threatening wound to his leg. Investigators said it appeared the victims were targeted.
