And here I thought he was just a beer-bellied, loud-mouthed shmuck. I had a brother-in-law like that once. My wife’s sister divorced him. I guess we need common-sense slingshot control now.

Just found this out: Last September, one of his neighbors asked lawyers online what to do about him.

Weird story. But, lots of people have crazy neighbors who harass them, and they can never get the police to help them. This guy is that type of neighbor. He is completely out of control.
With that said, the people who threw bottles - breaking windows and hitting police officers with bottles - also should’ve been arrested and charged.
