very nice.. Tennessee is a beautiful state. I went to grad school in NE TN.. Johnson City. captivating.

Do you still own that property? I have young friends hoping to relocate in TN.. maybe closer to pigeon Forge. I suggested they drag along both sets of parents as this couple has the first grandchild for both and another in the oven.

Get an expanse of land and all build or claim existing homes. They have lots of pets including horses. Currently in Amish country Ohio.

Thanks! Yes, we still own the land. We had six acres right in the middle of another big farm across the road and sold that to the man that owns the land around it so we still have 44 acres. My daughter and SIL live on a piece of it and we agreed to give them 10 acres to build a house. They will inherit the whole thing eventually.

If your family moves here make sure they check County property taxes. My County is low but if you get in a tourist trap like Pigeon Forge they will be higher. We are a day trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We can go in the morning, see all the sites, and be home by dark. Johnson City is beautiful.
