I also know nothing about the military command structure, but I like your picture, lj. I am not the least bit worried, as I trust the plan. These people have been working on this operation for years.

There are two ways things can go.
1. The Q plan works and the republic is restored, and thew entire world will be better.
2. The plan fails and our country, and the rest of the world, falls into ruin. Since many people all over the world will not submit quietly, great bloodshed will ensue; and likely various militaries would split and fight with each other in many places.
No human being can know the future, but my bet is on #1.
