According to MedicineNet, informed consent is defined as:
“The process by which a patient learns about and understands the purpose, benefits, and potential risks of a medical or surgical intervention, including clinical trials, and then agrees to receive the treatment or participate in the trial.”
There are four parts to informed consent:
- You must have the ability to make a decision.
- The provider must give you ALL information on the treatment/procedure including benefits and all risks.
- You must be able to understand the information being given.
- You must voluntarily give consent to proceed WITHOUT feeling coerced.
Patients have the legal and ethical right to obtain enough information about a medical treatment to feel like they are making an informed decision. This decision does not have be the same decision your doctor would make or is suggesting you make.
Informed consent is the basis of medicine. It ensures the patient is actively involved in their own care and also establishes a trusting relationship between providers and patients.
Informed consent is NOT:
- getting minimal/skewed information
- minimizing risks associated
- feeling pressured to choose one way or another
- being disrespected or talked down to for your decision
Informed consent DOES:
- give the patient all pertinent information
- give the patient time to answer questions
- give the option to say yes OR no WITHOUT consequence
- make the patient feel respected in whatever decision they come to
- allows the patient to take into account their own intuition before making a decision
Medical providers are providing a service at charge for you. They work for you. You have the right to make any and all decisions regarding your health. You have the right to informed consent. This is important. This is a legal and ethical right. Demand it.

Gosh, all that informed consent stuff sounds just like what they provide for you when you sign away your life to take the experimental covid vaccine.
NOT!
Of course they don’t tell if any possible adverse effect of the mRNA vaccine from minor to myocarditis. If they do, no normal person will be willing to get the jab.
...or you may not get the bribe, er, win the lottery.
Yeap. If only they'd give the informed consent, no normal person would take the experimental mRNA vaccine even if you'd give compensation like in some clinical trials.
Looking at the forms you sign before you get the jab: There is NO APPROVED VACCINATION for the CCP virus... They all have it on the paperwork you have to sign before getting the jab. Jab away! Get your jab! Join the experiment!
To this day, no one has received informed consent because no one has been informed that the engineered injection is a genocidal shot. Think of the chaos that lies ahead as the depopulation agenda unfolds and people begin figuring it out, despite the countervailing propaganda.
I understand there was some behind-the-doors adjustment to key phrases to move ‘experimental gene therapy’ closer to ‘approved vaccination treatment’
Sort of like:
If you close your eyes tight enough, white can become black (almost)
“give the option to say yes OR no WITHOUT consequence”
That didn’t happen to the employees of Houston Methodist Hospital, and many other employees of the companies that were told to get the shots or else be fired.
My wife have been refusing job assignments instead of taking the jab even if jab's mortality only 1:100 or 1:1,000, it's not only in Texas. 300 Italian health workers file legal challenge to mandatory COVID-19 shots as condition for employment. [click].

Good on your wife, and those Italian health care workers.
Around 170 of Houston Methodist employees filed suit over the jabs.
Indeed it is.
