One of the bodies in the truck was an Hispanic male. He may have been the owner of the truck, which was apparently hijacked.
FWIW, the owner of the truck was definitely a white guy. His name, while not released by police, has been circulated by local media. It’s an Anglo-sounding name. Paul Pearson, or something like that.
Very weird story, for sure.
