Are 40 year old building collapses normal in America? Just another day, eh?

Demo-ing the building hides evidence.

Was it faulty construction?
Bad/substituted materials?
Code violations?
Insufficient rebar reinforcement of critical support beams?
Sub standard cement?
Beach sand used as aggregate?

The list goes on and on. The liability is limitless.

They have spent 11 days collecting this data. In fact, there is evidence that the building was not built according to specs .... here's more info:
