In summary, in the placebo group only 0.74 percent got Covid out of 200,000 people. 0.04 of the vaccine group. You seem to know more than our 3 doctors. Between me and my wife, we have her cancer doc, she has her family doc and I have my urologist doc. All 3 advised us strongly to get vaccinated. But may be we should have listened to you instead? But as luck would have it, it is now 5+ months since 2nd shot of Moderna and we have zero side effects. And we were able to again go on our favorite vacation again by booking 2 cruises in 2021. And we now have close relatives visiting us again without worrying about getting us infected. We have to be careful, I am 81 and wife is fighting stage-4 cancer for 3+ years.
No vaccine ever invented is 100% successful. No hospital surgery is 100% successful. People have died from appendix removal. No Rx drug or even OTC drug is 100% safe. People have suffered stomach bleeding from the lowly Aspirin.
I was inoculated with small pox vaccine at age 5 or 6 in school. At age 8 I got a serious attack of small pox which has 30%+ mortality rate. My 8 year old body was covered with dime size yellow blisters and had fevers as high as 103 degrees. May be the vaccine saved my life because I probably had anti-bodies from the vaccine and was able to defeat the virus.
