I’d rather hear Boebert and EVERY other Republican member of Congress talking about:
1. EVERYONE being held without bond/bail for being at the Capitol on 06Jan. I’d like to see her bringing up the 8th Amendment. I’d like to see her demanding that everyone of these people, at least, get a bond so they can go home to their families.
I’d like to hear her bring up the fact that Sullivan was there, doing the same exact thing that these people did, was filming it and he walked out of a DC jail that night. And is reported to be the one that filmed the murder of Ashli Babbitt.
I’d like to hear her bring up the fact that, right now, in the United States there are people that have been charged with Murder, Rape, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Assault that are out on bond. I’d like to hear her talk about the guy that beat up a female NYPD officer, was released and seen standing at the same corner the next day. I’d like to hear her talk about the guy in NYC that robbed a bank...a federal crime...was released and robbed another bank the next day.
2. I’d also like to see Republican members of Congress push for some transparency as to who MURDERED Ashli Babbitt. 535 members of Congress, slightly half are “Republicans”. Lets say, for arguments sake, they each have 5 staffers. Toss in some maintenance staff, Capitol PD, media, and others and I’m thinking there are well over 3000 people that know who pulled that trigger. How about Boebert and the rest of them concentrate on some justice for the family given the fact that Ashli Babbitt was murdered for what amounts to a Property Crime.
Wonder why they don’t talk about any of these things.
