She actually says while waving the Flag, “I hope what we have will never be lost.”

Sorry Whitney, it may be lost.

Not as long as it lives in the heart of even one patriot.

Things are dark, things are very bad, but it’s not over.

God is still in control, and therein lies the answer. If people turn back to him, we can prosper again. If they don’t, well, I’ll go down fighting.

We are now a nation consumed by racism.

I feel that it was almost 100% caused by black racism against whites. But that problem now has its response, and a lot of whites are now racist against blacks. We are almost wholly divided.

Was much, much better before the LA riots and the OJ jury all decided that blacks should be above the law. 1991 was like the last of the good times. Very much downhill over the past 30 years.

Great singer and such a tragedy. She wasted her incredible talent two ways: Singing awful pop songs and getting involved in drugs. All that money she made, the fame, and the only good songs she sang were the National anthem and Battle hymn of the Republic then it was back to utter horrendous garbage like “I wanna dance with somebody” or “How will I know” or the insanely overproduced “I will always love you” which comes across as sincere as Joe Biden in a lying contest. I really think having to do those songs drove her to drugs, it must have been torture having to sing them over and over on tour

We’re not a nation consumed by racism, DEMOCRATS are consumed by racism. The rest of us could care less about race, if I meet someone new I could care less if they are black, Asian, Hispanic. Only democrats care, democrats obsess about it because THEY are the ones who are racist. They decided to become so during the Obama reign.

I dunno. I think a lot of Republicans are drinking the Kool-Aid, or least going through the motions of blathering on about — “Of course, I agree that Black Lives Matter. And that George Floyd case was just so awful, I sure am glad that at least some justice was done in the end, and of course it’s nice that we have a person of color in the White House, but, you know, I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m no racist. I apologize for voting for Donald Trump, and I think Jan 6 was terrible, but, again, I just want to emphasize, that I am no racist.”

In short: A lot of people are very cowed. This is not just a DEMOCRAT problem. Maybe it’s not you. Maybe it’s not me. But to some extent, across America, the problem is “us”.

You know as a major Whitney fan, I saw her live in 1991 in Denver Fiddler’s Green.

Her signature song was The Greatest Love of all. She always closed her concerts with this song.

The message is truly love and respect your self, because without this, you will abuse yourself. Not the conceded, all about me love, but the love that keeps you going, day in and day out. Because if you can’t love yourself, you can’t love others.

I thought she endured so much and while she had immense talent, she is also a human being. She is mortal. She once said, that “Success doesn’t change you, Fame does.”

We all have our crosses to carry. I would never want to be famous. Ever.

Success? Absolutely, but never fame.

Can you imagine that life?

RIP Whitney.

Yeah I admit that is a good, but the rest of them annoy the hell out of me, they are just so awful and it ticks me off because she was an immense talent and those songwriters are the best they could find for her? It must have been absolute torture to sing them over and over and over for years and years. Clive Davis was the guy responsible for her career and he should have valued her more rather than use her as some kind of cash cow. Even near the end when she was still obviously under the influence of drugs and had lost her voice, he STILL used her solely to make money. That was the worst, so painful to watch.

Excellent... gave me goosebumps.

Okay, check this one out by Judy Garland, just 2.5 weeks after JFK assassination.

I love the lines, “He died to make men holy, let us DIE to make men free, his truth is marching on.”

And waving an American flag. This is unthinkable among today’s weaponized blacks. A singer of Whitney’s caliber today would make a fist, give a sermon on racial injustice and sing something denouncing America. If she waved a flag it would be to show her footprints.

Whitey H was rarely a lefty. The pastor of the church where she sang before being discovered here in L.A. , was that she was a patriotic American. Unfortunately, she met a cokehead scumbag called Bobby Brown.
